隐私政策
广州巨谷网络技术服务有限公司（“巨谷网络”“我们”）运营巨谷联客（JuguConnect）。本政策说明我们在提供客户沟通、网站对话以及 WhatsApp、Meta 等渠道集成服务时如何处理个人信息。
1. 适用范围
本政策适用于巨谷联客的网站、管理后台、客户沟通功能、渠道连接、技术支持及相关服务。第三方平台自身的数据处理受其各自政策约束。
2. 我们处理的信息
- 账户和资料信息，例如姓名、企业名称、邮箱、电话号码、角色和设置；
- 联系人及对话内容，例如消息、附件、会话标签、备注和处理状态；
- 渠道与集成信息，例如 WhatsApp 号码标识、Meta 企业账户标识、页面或收件箱标识，以及经授权的访问凭据；
- 运行和安全信息，例如登录时间、设备和浏览器信息、IP 地址、操作日志、故障与审计记录；
- 企业客户配置、导入或要求我们代其处理的其他数据。
3. 处理目的
我们为开通和维护账户、传递与分配消息、提供客服与技术支持、防范滥用和安全事件、排查故障、改进服务、履行合同和法定义务而处理信息。
4. WhatsApp 与 Meta 集成
当企业客户连接 WhatsApp Business Platform 或其他 Meta 服务时，相关信息会按照客户指示在巨谷联客与 Meta 之间传输。企业客户必须遵守 Meta、WhatsApp 的适用条款、商业消息政策和用户同意要求。Meta 对其平台上的数据处理由 Meta 自己的政策说明。
5. 信息共享
我们可能向为托管、存储、通信、安全、监控和技术支持提供服务的供应商披露必要信息；向客户授权的渠道提供商披露为完成集成所需的信息；或在法律要求、保护合法权益及处理安全事件时披露。我们不出售个人信息。
6. 跨境传输
由于客户选择的渠道、服务器或服务供应商可能位于不同国家或地区，信息可能被跨境处理。我们会在适用法律要求的范围内采取合同、权限控制和安全措施。
7. 安全与保留
我们采用合理的访问控制、传输保护、日志和备份措施，但任何系统均无法保证绝对安全。信息通常在账户或合同有效期内保留，并在提供服务、解决争议、备份恢复、安全审计或履行法定义务所需期限内继续保留。
8. 您的权利
在适用法律允许的范围内，您可以请求访问、更正、删除或限制处理个人信息，并可撤回基于同意的授权。终端客户应优先联系与其沟通的企业；我们会协助企业客户响应合法请求。
9. 未成年人
本服务面向企业用户，并非专门面向未成年人。若发现未经适当授权收集了未成年人信息，我们将采取合理措施处理。

Privacy Policy
Guangzhou Jugu Network Technology Services Co., Ltd. ("Jugu Network", "we", or "us") operates JuguConnect. This policy explains how we process personal information when providing customer communication, website chat, and integrations with WhatsApp, Meta, and other channels.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the JuguConnect website, administration interface, messaging features, channel connections, support, and related services. Third-party platforms process data under their own policies.
2. Information We Process
- Account and profile data, such as names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles, and settings;
- Contact and conversation data, including messages, attachments, labels, notes, and status;
- Integration data, such as WhatsApp phone number IDs, Meta business IDs, page or inbox IDs, and authorized access credentials;
- Operational and security data, such as login time, device and browser information, IP addresses, activity logs, diagnostics, and audit records;
- Other data configured, imported, or submitted by a business customer.
3. Purposes
We process information to create and maintain accounts, route and assign messages, provide support, prevent abuse and security incidents, troubleshoot problems, improve the service, perform contracts, and comply with law.
4. WhatsApp and Meta
When a customer connects WhatsApp Business Platform or another Meta service, required information is transferred between JuguConnect and Meta under the customer's instructions. Customers must comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, business messaging policies, and consent requirements. Meta's own policies govern Meta's processing.
5. Sharing
We may share necessary information with vendors supporting hosting, storage, communications, security, monitoring, and support; with customer-authorized channel providers; or when required by law, to protect legitimate rights, or respond to security incidents. We do not sell personal information.
6. International Transfers
Information may be processed across borders because customer-selected channels, servers, or vendors may operate in different jurisdictions. Where required, we use contractual, access-control, and security safeguards.
7. Security and Retention
We use reasonable access controls, transmission protections, logging, and backups, but no system is completely secure. Information is generally retained while an account or contract is active and as needed for service delivery, disputes, backup recovery, security audits, and legal obligations.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. End users should first contact the business they communicated with; we assist customers with valid requests.
9. Children
The service is designed for businesses and is not directed to children. If we learn that children's information was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable action.
