用户数据删除说明
您可以按照以下步骤申请删除巨谷联客（JuguConnect）账户、集成信息或由我们控制的个人信息。
1. 提交请求
请发送邮件至 service@gzjugu.com，主题写明“数据删除请求 / Data Deletion Request”。
邮件中请提供足以定位数据的信息，例如账户或工作区名称、企业名称、注册邮箱、已连接电话号码的末四位，以及相关的 Meta 用户标识或企业账户标识（如适用）。
2. 身份与权限核验
为防止未经授权的删除，我们可能通过账户邮箱、管理员确认或其他合理方式核验申请人的身份及其代表企业的权限。信息不足时，我们会要求补充必要资料。
3. 处理范围和时间
核验通过后，我们将删除或匿名化由我们控制且不再需要的数据，并解除相关集成。正常情况下，我们会在 7 日内确认收到请求，并在 30 日内完成处理；如请求复杂或法律另有要求，我们会说明原因和预计时间。
4. 可能保留的信息
为履行法律义务、处理争议、防止欺诈、保护安全或保证备份完整性，部分账单、审计、安全日志或备份副本可能在限定期限内保留。保留期结束后将按适用流程删除或覆盖。我们不会将这些受限数据用于其他目的。
5. 企业客户的终端用户数据
如果您是与某家企业沟通的终端用户，请优先联系该企业。该企业通常是相关对话数据的控制者，我们将根据其合法指示协助处理。
6. Meta / WhatsApp 数据
您还可以在 Meta 或 WhatsApp 的账户和企业设置中解除巨谷联客的授权。Meta 自身保存的数据需要按照 Meta 提供的设置或删除流程处理；解除连接不一定会自动删除企业在巨谷联客中依法需要保留的记录。
User Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of a JuguConnect account, integration data, or personal information controlled by us by following these steps.
1. Submit a Request
Email service@gzjugu.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include enough information to locate the data, such as account or workspace name, business name, registered email, last four digits of a connected phone number, and any relevant Meta user or business ID.
2. Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may verify identity and authority through the account email, administrator confirmation, or another reasonable method. We may request additional necessary information.
3. Scope and Timing
After verification, we will delete or anonymize information we control and no longer need and disconnect relevant integrations. We normally acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days. If a request is complex or law requires a different period, we will explain the reason and expected timing.
4. Limited Retention
Billing records, audit or security logs, and backup copies may be retained for a limited period to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect security, or preserve backup integrity. They will be deleted or overwritten under applicable procedures and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
5. End Users of Business Customers
If you communicated with one of our business customers, contact that business first. It is generally the controller of the conversation data, and we assist it with valid instructions.
6. Meta / WhatsApp Data
You may also remove JuguConnect authorization in your Meta or WhatsApp account and business settings. Data retained by Meta is handled through Meta's settings and deletion processes. Disconnecting an integration may not automatically delete records a business must lawfully retain in JuguConnect.
